FULL-MOUTH REHABILITATION WITH ZIRCONIA CROWNS AND VENEERS
Mr. V.L is a young client from Serbia. He had a major treatment including 19 zirconia crowns and 9 veneers.
When we examinated at the first time:
Most of his teeth were destroyed by tooth decay.
=> Very sensitive with cold and hot, can not chew normally.
– The back teeth were erosive because of the bruxism.
– The lower incisors were crowding.

HOW CAN WE TREAT THIS CASE (Step by step)
- The intra – oral photos are the 1st data we need to assess your situation.
- The panorama or CT Xray is necessary for detailed evaluation exactly:
What teeth can be saved/ need be treated with root canal treatment/ should be extracted???
Do you have any infections?
Do you have enough bone for implantation? (in case you have missing teeth which need to be restored?….) - The photos of your face are also very important to design your new smile during the harmony with your face.
- Make the impression for articulator or 3D Scan to determine new vertical dimension or new occlusion.
- Transfer to the technician to analysis and design your new teeth.
- Mock – up try in (means you can see the result before we start and the doctor will adjust the biting on mockup too).
- Teeth preparation.
- Temporary teeth with PMMA or Finally teeth with porcelain depending on cases.
- Recheck for adjusting the occlusion.
- Wearing the soft tray to be get used to with the new teeth and to protect your teeth from the grinding.

Why is temporary crowns???
1. With this case, the caries are very deep under the gum.
During preparing teeth, we need to prepare for the gum healthy too.
=> Temporary crowns will guide the gum to recover better.
