1/ The initial condition:
Functional assessment:
- Severe deep bite, occlusion
- Front lower teeth worn down
- Many porcelain crowns, bridge are broken, have not good contact
- Teeth No.23,24
Esthetic assessment:
- The shape and color of the old crown are not good
The lower front teeth were short and worn down
2/ His expectation after treatment:
- There is no infection due to his teeth
- Restore teeth and confident smile.
3/ The treatment plan focus on 3 main purposes
- Remove the infection ( Periodontal disease, apical infection…)
- Restore the function (chewing, easy cleaning..)

4/ TREATMENT PROGRESSION:
- The first stage: remove teeth No.23,24 + place 2 implant body
- The second stage: do the crown lengthening procedure for the lower front teeth
- The third stage: do porcelain veneer for the lower front teeth
- The fouth stage: full mouth rehalibitation and finish the implant treatment.
